E-Bike Delivery Process: From Shop to Customer

1. Order Placement

The customer places an order online or in-store and receives an instant order confirmation via email or SMS.


2. Payment Verification

Payment is securely processed. The system checks for fraud and confirms the transaction before moving forward.


3. Order Review & Approval

The order is reviewed by the team to ensure product availability, shipping details, and any custom options (like upgrades or accessories).


4. Bike Preparation

Technicians prep the bike:

  • Final quality inspection

  • Battery and electronics check

  • Partial assembly (if needed)

  • Secure packaging


5. Packaging

The e-bike is carefully packaged using:

  • Foam padding

  • Reinforced boxes

  • Weather-resistant wrap

  • Accessory bags (tools, charger, manuals)


6. Shipping Label Creation

Shipping labels and tracking numbers are generated based on the client’s location and chosen delivery speed (standard or express).


7. Courier Pickup

A trusted courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, local delivery service) picks up the packaged e-bike from the warehouse or shop.


8. In Transit

The bike is transported through the logistics network:

  • May pass through sorting centers

  • Tracking updated in real-time

  • Notifications sent to customer


9. Customs Clearance (For International Orders)
